How to submit your photographs:

THANKS FOR TAKING PART! SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER - PLEASE KEEP YOUR IMAGES COMING IN. GIVE THEM TO PRIDE OF NORTHUMBRIA, THE LIBRARY OR THE SPORTS CENTRE, OR EMAIL THEM TO US FROM THIS SITE. PLEASE INCLUDE A SUBMISSION FORM. YOU ARE NOT TOO LATE TO SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS!

• A submission form (available from this web site as well as the Pride of Northumbria shop, in the Newbiggin Life July Newsletter , In Touch Magazine,  and from the Pride of Northumbria Shop at 51 Front Street – all photographs need to be accompanied by a submission form (download here).
  
  
• Photos may be handed in to the Pride of Northumbria shop at 51 Front Street, or 13 Argyle Terrace, The Library or Sports Centre. Please remember to include a submission form with every entry.
  
  
• We would like your photographs as soon as possible after 19th August. We're aiming for a Christmas 07 launch for the book, and to hit this deadline we need to work fast, sorting and choosing the photographs to be included.
  
  
• It's our aim to give each person who has a photograph chosen for the book a free copy.
  
  
• Digital photographs can be emailed to entries@onedayfornewbiggin.co.uk – please include full contact details and details of when and where each photograph was taken. If your files are large, you may need to send photographs in small batches, or better still write them to CD and contact us for collection, or hand in to the collection points (listed below).
  
  
• Prints may be submitted – write your name, telephone number and time/place  of the photo on the back.
  
  
• The free disposable cameras can be taken to the collection points where the photos will be devekloped by us.
  
  
• You may also post your entries to One Day For Newbiggin, 13 Argyle Terrace, Newbiggin by the Sea, NE64 6PR or handed in to Pride of Northumbria shop at 51 Front Street, Newbiggin by the Sea.

Terms and conditions—IMPORTANT

By submitting photographs to One Day for Newbiggin you are granting permission for us to use them on a royalty free, one-off license basis, for print and internet use. You MUST seek permission from those appearing in your photographs, so that they are happy for them to be published in this way. Full details are available on our web site.
